Organ donation is a cause which is very close to Alex's heart. Alex provides much support to Donate Life America and his fans help out by raising money through calendars and birthday projects each year. Alex also puts on a benefit concert each year called Alex Band's Donate Life Rocks, all the proceeds of which go to Donate Life.
